Starting Monday, August 10, WSDOT will implement single-lane closures on US 2 west of Cashmere for paving from milepost 105 to 109, Mondays through Thursdays until September 30. The closure affects both directions of traffic between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Another closure begins August 19 on US 12 over I-5 (milepost 66.5), with a single lane closing nightly from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for bridge repairs. Travelers must follow a signed detour using northbound I-5 to Exit 71 for SR 508, then southbound back to US 12. The I-5 southbound left lane will also close from 8 p.m. August 19 to 5 a.m. August 20 north of North Lake Samish for fish passage construction.
US 101 between Humptulips and Neilton will have daytime mobile paving operations starting August 13, with pilot cars alternating traffic directions until September 3. Lane closures on SR 18 will occur on August 18-20 for maintenance, and SR 202 will have intermittent closures until August 31 for city utility work.
